What does the Condo Approval Group do?  We help Homeowners Associations identify condominium approval requirements.  It is our focus that we help each of our clients obtain and maintain the appropriate approval status on order to provide competitive financing within the community. 

Condo Approval Group is lead by Jason Gray.  Gray has over thirty years of mortgage lending experience in his team.  Our focus is providing services for throughout the U.S. for Homeowners Associations to obtain condominium project approval. 

Condo Approval Group also provides continuing service to each condo community to ensure the guidelines are continually met for HUD approval.  Our vast experience and knowledge of condominium project guidelines allows this.
